This piece was inspired by a photograph of David Bowie. I was thinking how flamboyant he was and how he would never want a perfect portrait of himself instead something inspirational and new. There are many colour in this portrait smeared with my fingers also using brush work and the pouring of paint. Flesh hues, neon pinks and blues the piece is very striking and would look fantastic in a modern home.
Mixed media using oils, acrylics and collage the size is 61x61cm.
